How I Stopped Drinking - Successful 5 Step Formula Used by a Former Hopeless Drunk - Is it A Scam?
By Samantha James

I'm a fairly young female alcoholic who ran across "How I Stopped Drinking - The 5 Step Formula..." when I was in a state of mind to do something about my problem.

I've known I have a serious problem for a couple of years now. I am not the most attractive person under the influence, as now many people have been more than happy to tell me (including my family). I tend to get loud and want to be the life of the party to the extreme. Apparently not everyone is amused by my antics.

When I crashed my car twice and got one drunk driving ticket, I figured "Well I'm in school towing the line - everyone makes mistakes". But I didn't really give it enough thought to realize that I was in the process of compromising every standard I ever had just to take that next drink. Just because I was working on my future in addition to drinking, didn't guarantee that I would have a future at all.

I got really tired very quickly of all the articles on the net or books written that were not written by people with true addiction problems. How can you take advice from someone who has no idea how severe the problem really is? Or how it really feels to be afraid of your own behavior? That is a big part of the reason I was attracted to Max Fisher's book. He is an expert. He has been there. And somehow, he landed on a formula that works.

I started this formula about three weeks ago. When I saw Max Fisher's web page, I believed in his sincerity, and I believe in it now. He clearly knows what it is like to be a completely out of control alcoholic, and so after reading the ebook, I started the steps myself.

It's still early in the game, but I am making progress already. After a few days I could actually put the drink down for the first time in a long time, which was stunning for me. I also am feeling much better, and for the first time have real hope that if I continue with this formula, I can really get sober and stay that way. I have been recommending Max's book to everyone I talk with in the Program and also people who are not in the program, but have a problem with alcohol, and my feeling overall is this book is going to spread like wildfire.

My experience so far has proven that Max's book really is the one that can help the people who simply can't stop drinking.
