Presenting the risks of Drug use is more effective in convincing adolescents about its negative effects, apparently because the people find a balanced approach more credible and less biased. A good way to begin dealing with a drug abuse problem is to give employees the resources to control their environment and claim ownership of the policy on no drug abuse.
